Where do you ship?
We deliver anywhere in Singapore! Subscribe to our mailing list to stay updated as we work on expanding internationally.
When will my order ship?
We typically fulfill and ship in-stock items within 2-3 business days (not inclusive of weekends).
How long will my order take to arrive?
Items will typically arrive at your doorstep within 2-5 business days.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders across Singapore, no minimum spend required!
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with tracking information and a link so you can follow its journey.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. Unfortunately if your bed has already been dispatched we won't be able to cancel it.
Returns & Refund
How can I return an item?
To return an item, it must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Can I return an item once opened?
We’re unable to accept returns if the vacuum seal has been opened due to hygiene concerns and repackaging difficulties. If you’re unsure about your item, please keep it sealed and contact us for assistance.
Do you offer a warranty?
We’ve got you covered with a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects and memory foam sagging. This warranty includes defects from faulty workmanship or materials, but doesn’t cover damage from misuse.
How do I submit a claim?
If you have a defective item or need to make a claim, just drop us an email at hello@pandaipets.com with your order number and some photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.

How long before the bed fully expands?
Our Tofu Beds are vacuum sealed for shipping, so they might need a day or two to fully expand. No worries though—your dog can start using it right away, even if it’s not fully fluffed up yet!
Are the beds waterproof?
Our Tofu Beds comes with a waterproof lining for added protection against moisture and spills, keeping everything inside dry and clean.
We recommend always having the waterproof lining on when the bed is in use to protect the inner memory foam from any damage. External covers are fully removable for ease of cleaning in case of any accidents.
What size bed should I get for my dog?
To find the right size for your pup, check out our size guide. For a spot-on fit, simply measure your dog from nose to tail—it's that easy!

Product Care
How should I clean the bed?
For regular maintenance, just use a lint roller or a light vacuum to clear away hair and debris.
When it’s time for a deeper clean, unzip and remove the cover. Hand wash or machine wash it in cold water with a mild detergent on a gentle cycle. Be sure to wash with similar colors and hang or lay flat to dry. Skip the tumble dryer to avoid shrinkage, and avoid ironing, bleach, or harsh chemicals.
Can the memory foam inserts be washed?
No, the memory foam inserts shouldn't be washed. Instead, wipe them down with a damp cloth and some mild detergent to keep them fresh and clean.
